2026年地理学与可持续性国际学术会议:可持续城市
2026年11月27日–29日 · 香港中文大学,中国香港
Cities play a central role in advancing sustainable development, while also facing unprecedented challenges related to climate change, energy transition, mobility, public health, and social inequality. Geographic perspectives—integrating spatial thinking, geospatial technologies, and place-based approaches—are essential for understanding and guiding sustainable urban transitions.
The 2026 International Workshop on Geography and Sustainability: Sustainable Cities (GeoSus Workshop 2026) aims to address the challenges associated with sustainable urban development through interdisciplinary research methods, strengthen exchanges and cooperation among different disciplines, and promote the integration and innovation of geography and sustainability.
We warmly invite researchers, practitioners, and students to submit session proposals, abstracts, and posters, and join us in Hong Kong in November 2026.
